If you love champagne jello shots, but want something a bit more elegant, then you are going to love these Champagne and Strawberry Gelatin Cups. These are absolutely gorgeous when served in a fancy glass, and the strawberry champagne combination is so delicious!

Fancy strawberry champagne jello shots with spoons and a strawberry.

    Champagne Jello Shots

I admit it, I love jello shots.  Getting your cocktail in a throwback to a childhood favorite is fun.  But jello shots as fun as they are, lack a bit of sophistication, don't you think?

I mean they were perfect for college.  Even out of college.  But now, I want something a bit more elegant. A bit more fancy.  So, when I found these sparkling wine strawberry gelatin cups from Sweet Paul, I knew I just had to try them.

Champagne jello shots with strawberries in a pretty glass?  Yes, please!

    Elegant and Easy Dessert

This dessert is so elegant and so easy! You could easily had some blueberries and have a patriotic grown-up dessert for the Fourth of July! My mind is spinning with all the different variations of this! Expect to see some more here soon.

It's no surprise that I love these, since I am always looking for a dessert that requires no baking  or fussy measuring.  Even better it is make ahead, so it's perfect for entertaining.

I served these in pretty antique glasses, feel free to serve them in shot glasses!

Sparkling Wine and Strawberry Gelatin Cups

Ingredients in these Strawberry Champagne Jello Shots

Sugar - use white sugar so that the color stays nice and clean.

Champagne - or your favorite sparkling wine.  A Prosecco would be lovely.

Powdered gelatin - since I make a lot of panna cottas, I buy this in a big box.  You could also use gelatin sheets.

Strawberries - they pair so beautifully with champagne, but you could use raspberries, blueberries, or peaches.
