This hibiscus martini is pretty, pink, floral and delicious! Made with homemade hibiscus vodka and vermouth, it is so easy to make and so heavenly to sip!

Pale pink cocktail with a hibiscus flower garnish.

Did you see my Hibiscus Vodka from last week?

Well, I am back this week with the hibiscus martini that I made using the vodka.

Just look at it! I think it's my prettiest cocktail ever! And, yes, I do judge a cocktail by how pretty it is - that's why I have a round up of Pretty Pink Cocktails!

Besides it's gorgeous pale pink color this martini is delicious, with a soft floral flavor.

    Ingredients

Hibiscus Vodka - here's how to make my Homemade Hibiscus Vodka.

Vermouth - a dry white vermouth.

Hibiscus flowers - for garnish (optional.)

    Instructions:

Pour 2 ½ ounces of hibiscus vodka into a mixing glass.

    Add ½ ounce of vermouth.

Add ice to glass and stir for about 30 seconds up to a minute to properly dilute and chill your cocktail.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

    Garnish with a flower.

I hope I've convinced you to make the vodka and then make this martini!

If you follow the link to my vodka, you'll see the company that I got the edible flowers from.

A reader has already asked me what else she should order besides the hibiscus. I suggested pansies, because I have some pansy cocktails coming up soon!
