Raspberry Vodka Cocktail Recipes
When I realized that I hadn't posted any cocktails using my homemade raspberry vodka, that got me thinking that I needed to be little more organized with my cocktail recipes.
Focusing more on a liquor, liqueur or technique for a few cocktails in a row.
My first focus is cocktails using the raspberry vodka, like today's raspberry cocktail and the fruity and delicious Raspberry Cosmopolitan that I made last week.
How to Make a Raspberry Vodka Tonic
Normally I show you an individual photo of the ingredients for a cocktail, however there are only 3 ingredients for this easy cocktail! Really only two if you don't count the lime garnish!
You'll need to get your raspberry vodka (can use store bought, but homemade tastes SO MUCH BETTER and is ready in just a couple of weeks!) . Choose your favorite tonic water, this was our fist time trying Whole Foods and it was pretty good. Lime for a lime wheel garnish.
A tonic is built in glass over ice, so you don't need a cocktail shaker. Add ice to a rock's glass. Pour in 2 ounces of raspberry vodka.
Top with tonic water, it should be about 4 ounces. Stir to blend and garnish with a lime wedge.
That's it! You've just made the easiest and oh so delicious vodka cocktail!! As a bonus, it's a pretty pink cocktail, making it perfect for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter, Bachelorette parties, or anytime you want a refreshing and pretty cocktail!
