    Before I move on to my favorite homemade gifts for cocktail lovers, I have a couple more food gifts that didn't really fit into my previous categories.

    The first two involve canning - Mango Marmalade and Spicy Rosemary Pickled Carrots. If you thought you couldn't can in the winter, think again. I can easily find mangoes on sale and carrots are always available.
